How Bad Is It Out There?
I been speaking a bit with Skip Williams about his Spa America Tour and he said that 95% of Salon Spas are in BIG Trouble, which brings up the question... are you?
...are things going that bad?
...are you at risk of closing?
...have you paid yourself lately?

we just bought a spa in August, the previous owner left us with $11,000.00 in unclaimed gift cards and on top of that she and her daughter really bad mouthed us on face book. We are slowly getting over that with the few people that stayed as customers ,and have been doing a lot of advertising. Any suggestions? Thanks
